Member Meetings/Social Events

    Regular Monlthly Chapter Programs-Events -- Investment: $275 

    • Your logo/name on the website event listing, Eventbrite registration page, and emails sent to Chapter members and past attendees.  A summary of your business, opportunity to provide link/discounts can be added when appropriate.
    • Your logo/name/link sent to all subscribers, via email, social media (190+ chapter members, 1,100+ past attendees)
    • Separate social media advertising post for your business, if you provide content
    • Personalized introduction by a Board member prior to speaker, and opportunity for a 5-minute presentation to all attendees
    • Up to 2 free same meeting registrations for staff or guests (invite a client!)
    • Opportunity to distribute handouts via link in Zoom chat, via email, or in person.
    • Invitation to provide give-away item for raffle prize giveaway and follow up with winner.
    • Sponsor may set up a display in the registration area before lunch and may stay as long as needed (In-Person, Hybrid).
    • Sponsor may place brochures, business cards, etc. about their services on each table (In-Person, Hybrid).
    • And the best part – 1.5 hours with some awesome HR professionals.

    Our Regular Chapter Meeting programs have speakers who begin at 12:00pm and end at 1:00pm. In-person lunches begin at 11:30am.  Attendance of meetings can vary from 15 to 80+, with no guarantee of attendance. Once a signed Agreement is received and date established, SHRM Northstate will send an Invoice. Sponsor fees are due at the time of booking. Payment will initiate the benefits listed above. 

    Special Chapter Meeting Sponsorship --  Investment: $300

    Some meetings will be extended beyond 1 hour in length and/or be deemed special chapter meetings or workshops. These meetings sponsorship fees will vary depending on specifics of the program and length.  

    Sponsor Special – 2+ per calendar year – Investment: $225 (save $50)

    Sponsors who choose to support 2 or more months per calendar year are considered Premier Sponsors and logo is displayed on the SHRM Northstate home page on website for the year and they receive special investment price of $225!
