About Us

    How It Started

NORTHSTATE SHRM WAS ORIGINALLY CHARTERED IN THE 1980S AND WAS RE-ESTABLISHED IN 2003 IN REDDING, CA.

The mission of Northstate SHRM is to inspire Human Resource and business leaders to advance their professional growth by providing education and networking opportunities that promote HR knowledge and leadership.

Over the years, dedicated volunteer board members have worked to increase our visibility as a leader in Human Resources for northern California. In 2010 we increased our outreach to include members from Chico, Eureka and Mt. Shasta.

We currently have over 165 members and we are building our membership each month with business owners, managers, HR and Office professionals that want to learn and be part of a growth and development group.
