Bonnie has over 25 years of experience in human resources with B.S. in Business/Human Resources Management from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo, and is certified as SHRM-SCP and SPHR. Bonnie has held Human Resources Management roles with several well-known organizations in Redding, and spent 6 years doing independent HR consulting with local business. Her expertise includes all areas of human resources, including talent acquisition, training and development, performance management, benefits administration, compensation, payroll, employee relations, legal compliance, policy development and risk management. She is currently Human Resources Manager for CalPortland in Redding, CA, a cement manufacturing plant.

As Director of Human Resource and Benefits at O2 Employment Services, Jennifer provides solutions and strategies in the fields of HR, employee relations, policies, legal compliance, benefits and health care insurance options for the company’s diverse client base, representing hundreds of businesses in the state of California, Oregon and Nevada. Jennifer spent over 20 years in the Medical field, as an Administrator in both private and corporate settings. Jennifer has found her passion in helping people through training, education and engaging employee – employer communications.

Jami graduated from the California State University, Chico, in 2005. Jami received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration with an option in Human Resources Management.
Over the years, Jami has been involved in various human resources positions and volunteer HR opportunities. Jami currently works in the Human Resources Department at the Shasta County Office of Education.
Jami has volunteered for the Northstate SHRM as a Board Member for two different terms (2008-2011 and 2018-current).

Annie has over 22 years of experience in local government, academic, and corporate environments both as a Senior Vice President, Global Training and Development Leader and Certified Industry Trainer. Since joining Butte College in 2008, Annie has facilitated Butte College Contract Education’s performance consulting and training services programs now serving 11,500 local employees with customized on-site employer training for over 100 employers.

Angela Tonetti-McFall is the Director of Talent Management at Development Group, Inc. (DGI)—a next-generation solutions integrator with a focus on deriving business outcomes through relevant IT. Angela joined the DGI in 2016 and has extensive experience working with all aspects of Human Resources. Her vast knowledge includes HR policy design, HRIS administration and implementations, talent acquisition and talent management, compliance, employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, compensation, training, and career development.
Prior to joining the DGI, Angela held executive leadership positions within the hospitality industry. She has experience in various industries including finance, real estate, hospitality, and technology. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, snowmobiling, snowboarding, swimming and spending time with her family.

Derek graduated from California State University, Chico, earning a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Entrepreneurship. He also earned the Registered Health Underwriter (RHU) designation, focusing on Group Benefits Plans, Self-Funding, Benefits Compliance and Health Maintenance Organizations.
Derek grew up in Northern California and lives here to enjoy the outdoors. His wife motivates him to participate in the North State CrossFit family. He is a certified PADI Open Water Diver, certified Range Officer for United States Practical Shooting Association and a Certified HAM Technician. Mostly, however, he values being a husband and father of two young children.
